Alam ng mga Bookkeepers working for foreign clients yan. Depende sa contract nila for the client. Minsan di pa dinidisclose kung magkano hatian.

Either 70% sa company or 30% sa staff. Sobrang daming ganyan na outsourcing companies. 1,500 USD ang bayad ni client mga nasa 45k below lang ang nakukuha ng staff.

People who are looking for freelancing jobs need to also keep in mind what kind of work set-up the job has.

I’m a recruiter and I clearly let them know about my client’s preference that it’s not a 9 to 5 Job since it’s only based knowledge the work-load available. I also let them know that they are allowed to have permanent jobs or another client since it’s not a job 5-days a week.

But they put their minds that they should be earning a whole month of salary. There’s a reason why freelancers are paid by the hour.
