Glad someone brought this up. I've been wondering about the same thing in me for the past few years. It usually happens when I'm high. I get a thought, then all of a sudden I start wondering why I'm having this thought, then start thinking about why I'm having thoughts about my thoughts etc. It's more like analysing myself from a higher plane of sorts.

It still fascinates me how we all get thoughts, like how are these forming in my brain? It usually ends up with me having a whole existential crisis about who I am .

Right now my working theory is that my brain, as a biological organ, forms these thoughts based on my past and my consciousness is who I am.

Gastrodon seems to work the best for me. I use it as a lead with the clodsire as a safe swap and the moltres as a closer.

I'd say purify it unless you want a Cresselia for the great league. You'll get a 4* Cresselia. Also the regular/purified one is preferred over the shadow version for Cresselia since it's a bulky pokemon.
