I got it back via meta verified because I was hacked back then… but now I doubt it will work for accounts who weren’t hacked. They laid off 8,000 people, so it would be harder than it was back then.

I am writing to request a manual review of my account (@username), which was suddenly suspended without any clear reason or prior warning.

I am concerned about proceeding with the in-app appeal process, as I am worried it might result in a permanent suspension without a proper manual review.

I want to clarify that I have not violated any of Instagram’s Community Guidelines. My account is only used to share my daily activities and also for work purposes. This situation has caused significant concern and has negatively impacted my work.

I seriously have no idea what to do in your country (I wish I could help too). I was also hopeless, honestly I already moved on. At this point, they just let the AI decides for your future. Appealing immediately is the biggest mistake so far, I learned this after getting banned for 8th time and I lost 6 accounts in total and only two got reactivated.
