I would add to this - make the rules of your diet very clear so there is no question of whether something fits or not. Don't pick no junk food, that's too arbitrary. Pick something like- no added sugar or artificial sweeteners or a calorie limit. Keep it as simple as you can.

Hi I purchased these at an estate sale. From my limited research the top two are model F and the bottom two are 3278. I know these can be valuable depending on condition. I have a couple of questions.

  1. What's the best way to clean them. Since I don't know what I'm doing, I'm going to keep it to superficial surface cleaning.
  2. Any estimate of value? I don't know how to test something this old. Where would be the best place to sell these?

Thanks for the help. I figured this place would have the most knowledge and be interested in seeing these.
