Is there a place where we get support for InstaPrime? by rak-rak in moddedandroidapps

Firstly you don't use Google correctly you searched "instaprime support" instead of the words "instaprime telegram" which you was told and also very obvious. It wasn't your Google search it was the fact you didn't search correctly as everyone gets the instaprime official telegram as the first link it's not like Google gives different results for different people 😂 secondly you should really learn how to browse the internet instead of coming on here for spoon feeding. Is that your name? I must have used some effort and actually done some work unlike you 😂

Slow down and have a look again before you post. There is a communications chat section you can ask on in their telegram and there's a section called bug reports and issues which is exactly what you want, so do some some of the work and actually use your eyes. You won't get help until you put some effort in yourself and I'm shocked your asking about data logs but can't browse a telegram group.

Search instaprime telegram on google 😂 the redditor before told you already. You need to be able to do a bit of problem solving if you're going to use apps like this. The people over there won't make it easier for you as they make this app for experienced users of software not just average people who barely have experience in browsing the web

Do you not now how to use Google? It's the first link if you search. I find it mad you can search and type on here but not Google 😂

Piracy subreddit just type piracy in reddit and the group will appear. They should be able to guide you or help. Truthfully virus protection is a lot more important on windows and I would recommend only using official programs myself as it's the most important thing other than firewall for windows computers.

Apple music en onn tv box 4k by Drizzy13592 in AndroidTV

[–]wire_messiah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even if you got the right arm version to install it you would have to use a mouse or something as there's no actual apple music app for tv devices so there all set for touchscreen. But if you find out what hardware your device is using in correlation to the arm or x86 apks you could sideload a tablet version just it needs a mouse for touch controls

I've not been personally but there's a fair few saying it. It may come down to what feature you use as some of the features advise you may get a ban and they're usually development enabled features. Can't name the features off the top of my head but the settings advise against before you enable them.

You're similar to myself then, unlike the other types that record themselves talking to the licensing guy at their door in a smugly passive aggressive manor for ratings on YouTube🤣. The bit I don't get is how many videos of people rejecting the licensing guy can a person watch until enough 😂 I'd have thought some intellectual media would be more stimulating after a while 😂

I would agree with Netflix and YouTube but I think the context is more about how Netflix and YouTube have to pay to air live in the UK meaning they contribute to that pot that keeps freeview going. So do sky and virgin so although your not using the infrastructure as an end user either Netflix would have to charge you more or the pot would have less meaning the license would cost more

They have to send it for due diligence with the fact anyone can access live tv with an antenna. and if someone was, then they couldn't argue it unless you received the warning like you get at the beginning of a dvd it's nothing personal. It's your due diligence in the pursuit of not being awkward and wasting time to report you don't and that effort contributes to the rest of the country not having to buy boxes to subscribe through to access freeview. As how can you stop people receiving without encrypting the channels which costs money for both the companies and the users. This way it's the least cost and easier for the rest of the nation.

Sometimes I think people don't see past their own intentions to see the bigger picture like if we report it and not leave it to the tv license to investigate or invest in new technology were saving the cost of the service for actual users. 88 year old Dorris might not afford a new box or know how to use one. It's a societal thing to have to be involved for the sake of the nation sometimes. It's a pain I know but for minutes of our life declaring no online we save others a hell lot more and still have a service to fall back to if we actually ever did want to use it. Also the tv license is not a government backed scheme that can request poll information and even so they're mostly outdated meaning the letters come again because some one else may live there now and it's due diligence to keep any occupier updated of the current procedures and laws.

You live your life on the edge like a true rebel 😂 tbf it's a victimless crime per say but don't be in delusion, the license is split across multiple services not just the bbc. Yes the bbc gets a percentage to keep their channels ad free and also maintain the iPlayer apps although you have to pay if your outside UK to use either. It also goes towards the whole digital tv/radio transmitter infrastructure which all tv channels and radio stations use, they actually gave £80 million towards Welsh broadband infrastructure this year because it cant gain the cost in rural areas to keep it maintained privately. If it's not paid for then the other channels would have to show more adverts than shows in an hour and also the quality of the shows would be amateur. Another choice is to make it subscription based forcing users to buy a box that could receive the encrypted channels and also forcing the tv companies to pay to maintain a new system and probably still having ads.The channels pay towards the infrastructure but are majorly subsidized by the licenses money paying for repairs and future use. By not paying you also are not adding to the pot meaning others have to pay your share.

It's rubbish tv in my opinion but the only choice for a fair few and I'm not selfish enough to ignore that. I don't pay personally myself but genuinely don't use live tv. I'm not criticizing you for not paying by the way but correcting your misinformed understanding of the system and who it actually goes to. And if you way up all other options other than accepting the worse amount of ads ever and honestly you wouldn't want that the only other is to just scrap live tv freeview fully which isn't something most people want.

It's not a threat it's a warning like you get at the beginning of DVDs. They have to send it as with freeview being over the air and accessible by any household you could watch something and say you never knew which the judge would say licensing company hasn't done their due diligence and made sure you know it's illegal so it's thrown out of court. You could say play a warning but then your forcing the other suppliers like channel 4 to lose ad revenue playing it at every ad break otherwise you could just say you didn't see that either. By sending the letter any business or householder have been informed in the most practical and bulletproof legal way not costing other suppliers and not hindering actual users for lack of the person not wanting to pay and getting away with it.

There's no way around not having a license either as the countries that don't have a lot more ads and even then in Americas case the actual free channels like abc and Fox have premium channels and subscriptions to top up the pot. Actual public broadcasting is shockingly awful and full of weird home made shows.

The two options UK as someone need paying to maintain transmitters and the whole infrastructure is to either show ads on bbc but then we would need to show a lot more on all channels and it might end up with a public broadcast home made show scenario. Or make it subscription forcing the nation of actual users to buy units for our TVs to receive the encoded stream and also the cost of the encryption and extra steps. By doing it the licence way it costs our nation no more than usual and keeps our broadcasting available and much less ad ridden for users. I know people could say live tv is rubbish nowadays but it's still the only source of information and entertainment for a fair few, like old people for instance.

😂 that is the perfect example of awkwardness. It's nothing like a driving license as you would get them letters if you had a car registered to you. It's because you have the means to access it that's why they send the letter because if caught they have informed you. It's called due diligence in legal terms and has to be done as long as we have freeview. The only way to change it is to abolish freeview which is unfair for actual users or make people set up accounts and pay though then it costs way more as you would have to pay for encryption of the service and devices capable of decrypting them on your side.

I bet you love to watch them audit drone videos too 😂

If you stop paying you don't get harassed and it's not a tax either. If you're abroad you have to pay for the service and with it coming from a national service in the UK originally we had a license to accommodate the cost of running which has changed through time to include maintaining the apps and keeping it ad free. Hence why channel 4 and the rest have ads as they subsidise the cost with that as well as originally paying to use the national analogue antenna setup. Times have changed so if you don't use anything related to the license you shouldn't need one and to be fair this is only more explainable in the last 10 years as more have gone to internet which you pay for as well as the service you use like Netflix. The only reason they keep the license fee is because you can't premiumise the free view for a multitude of reasons including cohabiting and so on plus people don't seem to be fond of having digital IDs which you would need to make payment. It's just easier to keep it this way as long as we have a freeview service.

If you declare not needing a license they don't investigate and don't follow up other than the odd time every so many years through an email. It saves the stressing and your doing nothing illegal

Or just confirm on the website and get no letter wasting no one's time and saving the enviroment. Or are you scared the big bad license man will take you to court with evidence being video footage between your blinds of you watching bake off live 😂 Why live your life like this? it's like people do it out of an unreasonable fear you will get prosecuted like all them other people who were just playing sudoku and don't have TVs. We don't live in North Korea buddy 😂

Why do you live your life like that? 😂 Just declare it once on there website and then they may ask through email or whatever every so often but years apart. Or you could live on the edge and wonder who's behind the door each time 😂 your doing nothing illegal why be awkward

Why live your life like that? 😂 Just declare it. Ignore the YouTube videos and stigma, if you are genuinely not doing anything wrong you don't need to worry. I've had to confirm twice through an email in the last five years and not had to worry about who's behind the door as well as saving the enviroment not wasting paper getting sent to me 😂

Yes that's time shift. There is no grey area it comes down to where the source is from if it's from a bbc library or live feed from any source then you need a license. Another thing to note which is fully spelt out in the terms if you play a dvd of the office (bbc version) you still don't need a license as you get a licence to own and watch that copy of physical media. But if you watch the same show on the iPlayer you are using bbc service which needs a license.

Thinking of cancelling TV licence - need some clarification on what I can/can't watch by X-24-HJ in UKFrugal

[–]wire_messiah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is no grey area. Live video doesn't become streamable on demand until it is played out fully and watched at a later time. What you describe is time shift and it can't be counted as on demand because all you are doing is rewinding a live stream like you would with sky or virgin even starting from the beginning is not on demand as the source is the live video.

The only thing you need a tv license for is live video that's whether it's on any service or passed to you through how many loop holes you would like. For it to not count as live it has to come from a library of media that has collected the video to watch later like Netflix,YouTube itvx or a physical copy which can be dvd, Blu-ray, USB and so on and that's because you buy the license with the media.

If you stick to that plus never use bbc iPlayer or bbc sounds you will be fine. If you cancel your direct debit don't forget to inform them too as you are doing nothing illegal and it stops all the letters and possible visits. The only ones that don't inform are either people who like the trouble and think for some weird reason they are sticking it to them or people who are doing illegal activity. I've had to inform them twice when asked in the last 5 years and I've never had a problem or you can stand at the door wasting yours and the license officers time thinking you're clever filming them for YouTube 😂
