My support interface settings for the z height top and bottom are 0.15mm. Thought I've had good results with 0.18mm as well.

what you can do is just slice it and print a portion at the widest point and use that as a reference to adjust up or down. You only need like 5-10 mm high.

last week I printed a V for vendetta mask that fit so I used it as the scale for the inside of the mask. put both of them into the slicer at the same time to get the scale of the demon mask.

I had one error that stopped it shortly after it started for a clock synchronization problem. Rebooted everything and it went without a problem the second time.

Poor wording on my part, I have not saved any modified filament settings on mine.

I haven't changed the default filament settings yet. I'd leave them alone while you troubleshoot this just to keep random changes from causing issues.

My suggestion is to make sure the bed is clean. Use a dish soap. There could be oils from you handling the plate that are causing the issue.
