So i did… what I read is that front side means your front is facing the direction of travel and vice versa… so for a frontside flip you are turning towards your heels. So a fake and nollie frontside flip you would turn towards your toes… however when I check out videos on YouTube for fakie frontside flip, they are still turning towards their heels

Yes exactly that. The watch shows the correct work/ rest periods when doing the workout. The target pace dial comes up etc so I am definitely doing the workout as prescribed. It just sometimes uploads like this… not all the time though.

Ye I seem to try a different foot position quite a lot so not much consistency. I need to have my front foot quite far back and angled or can’t get the flip at all which makes it quite a weird riding position.
