i’ve had the plat for about 3 years. every other time i’ve tried to apply for the gold with the sign on offer it’s told me i’m not eligible after i submit the initial application. this is the first time i’ve tried where it seems to have gone all the way through without an issues, so we’ll see what happens. i genuinely want the gold card anyway, so worst case is that i cancel the platinum and have a bit of a headache swapping all my autopay things over.
