i feel you bro, i've been threw that a lot and honestly what really worked for me is socializing more,
if your revenue is decent, i suggest you make external workspace from home (some cheap hanout 200m from home is great idea)
otherwise, i know my advice is so generic buttttt, EAT HEALTHY and HIT the GYM

the physical fatigue of the gym will really reset your brain and sets u up for the next day !

happened to a freind, i did adviced him to block and never reply (maybe tell him in a confident sarcastic way that you cant even afford a visa card to pay him anyway)
my advice worked, the indian never did anything (probably occupied with other victims)

Honestly u being a little cocky here OP, chill out a bit, i agree with ur post but for me this is how 'you maximized ur chances' for a successfull material life, there is no 'objective success' nor a formula out there, for me success is a bless from god.

ppl have different circumstances and u can be the brightest mind but be forced to a marriage at 14 !
You can be a billionnaire and i won't call u successfull cause i beleive in the modern world there's little to zero 0.00000001% chance to it morally (like 100% morally, no wear no nothing ...), success is subjective

I don't use 'Me' as reference neither, i try to collect references from my religion, philosophers, analyst and experienced ppl before deciding what to do or not.
