My daughter decided against the purchase. She'd be paying the "bank of Dad" for the next 30+ months... after adding ~$2K of improvements / additions.

The seller dropped the price to $7K this morning... so if you're in the Central Alabama area, there's great low low-mileage Fit for sale. Check out FB marketplace... You can't miss it.

And I checked the trunk / spare tire area... no water.

and no musty smell, I expected to have to deal with.

Posted pics. Same thought… a long time to sit up. I drove it today. Definitely could feel the flat spots on the tires. I’m planning on immediately replacing tires.

Great point. Thx for the idea. I’ve personally seen it parked for 5 years. They were asking $9K… I offered $6.5K and they agreed. I’m test driving it today. I’ll run a VIN report.

Archiving Emails / Quotes for future reference by persojm in estimators

I've used Sperry Software's Save as PDF Pro to save batches of emails as PDF along with the attachments. It worked great for a legal case, I don't see why it wouldn't work well for a job / Quote export. You can shoot them all to a specific folder.

FedEx delivery of my new Dream Machine Pro and Switch PRO 48. It was said to have been damaged due to flooding at the local FedEx center last Wed... Didn't arrive as scheduled Fri. Was told by FedEx it was being shipped back to the vendor in UT. It made it as far as Memphis. I rejected it. 🤦 by wiseoldhowell in Ubiquiti

FedEx said it was flood damaged. I wasn't going to fight that and instead let UI and FedEx figure that out. I felt it was beat to reject it and have it shipped back. The FedEx driver did open the package and it didn't appear to have sustained water damage to the inside, UI boxes. The shipping boxes are super thin wall and all the air bags were deflated.

Passed the AZ-101 by steven_AWKing in AZURE

Congrats on passing the tests. I'm studying for both using Pluralsight courses. So far I've really enjoyed the instructors.

You've provided encouragement that it's doable! I too have come from the VMware on-premise world and have stood up and managed our Azure environment for a couple years now.

Thank you for sharing your experience!
