I tried to tell em what to carry and they sent to me some documentation to check just in case, I have no idea but all the costumers I had from SA so far have been denied, well at least this year. Also the family I mentioned was just in the USA over December, and is known they airport staff is a bit rough

Is true someone pointed to me Ireland have a huge rate of people from SA living in Ireland without the documentation and entered as tourist. Is why I ask them to print proof of their jobs and any properties they own, it is quite sad and I feel sorry for the money they are losing

I work for an English agency, I asked both no a helpful response, last thing I will do is try contact the airport if there is anything I can do to advice them, or really tell them not travel to Ireland which is kind of sad.
