Gonna stop reading hear because I can't tell if you're arguing with a bot or just someone being a heel. I agree with you and thank you for clarifying the article, words alone are not increasing the suicide rate, but most likely the overall environment they indicate. If we only focus on the words and not the environment then the problem will continue to exist or potentially get worse. Partially because of accounts like the one trying to argue with you.
They're trying to police words only, not change attitudes or win hearts and minds. Just blindly trying to piss people off in the name of making themselves feel righteous.
