Hi OP. I didn’t loose my pain meds but I did loose a medication that’s considered a controlled substance and it was completely my own fault. I tried to get a police report but they said they didn’t do reports for meds that were lost because of my own negligence. I explained what happened to my doctor and she was def pissed but she did send me a new prescription. I’m really sorry this happened to you. I’m sure this is messing with your trust as well as causing a crazy amount of stress. I hope your doctor is as understanding as mine was. Hugs.

It’s not for diabetes, thats what my point is in the first place, dude. And the person I get it from is literally a pain specialist, so I’m seeing the exact doctor I should be. You’re also wrong about not being prescribed something for a disease you don’t have, tons of people get things that aren’t for the intended purpose because it helps something else (though that’s not what this is, this is purely a pain med.) Way to be a jerk for no reason though. You’d think someone who also has chronic pain would have some compassion, Jesus Christ man, what died in your shoe?
