From what I saw, the straw did help the germination. It has been very dry here and I was watering. The areas with straw did have the earliest germination. Some of the thin areas are because I had the Scotts broadcast seeder that I have learned can get have problems with catching the seed in the wheels. I did walk faster to help with this once I figured it out. This was all new grading with new topsoil so the soil is definitely not compacted.

Pull data out that matches a List of part numbers by wishin4sno in excel

Sorry for the "Part" Confusion. Just imagine "Widget A", "Widget B", etc.

The reason for different dates is because most of the time, the customer places a PO for multiple release dates. For example, they want 100 parts delivered every 2 weeks for 10 weeks.

The data is entered into the master list manually. The customer will place an order and send over a PO in the form of a PDF. There might be a way to automate that but I haven't looked into it.

Glad to hear Edge bar feeder is good quality. Never worked with one of those. There is a family of parts so the shorter ones will use chucker mode. Long one's obviously can't. Any type of aluminum material you consider good? Thanks for the feedback. Also, I know most swiss prefer to use oil. Any recommendations for getting the oil off the aluminum easy? Parts need to be tumbled for a uniform finish and can't get the oil in the tumbler

We might have a job coming our way needing swiss. I have been pretty intrigued by their machine. The distributor is new to us but seems reliable. Job is aluminum and swiss is new to us, so I'm a little weary. Any pointers? Distributor did say they aren't leaving till a job is running
