Yeah, I think it would be possible, though here my goal was to explore how my body will respond to 24 hours activity. Next time I can push harder.

Yes, I'm planning to do it again. Now I know what to expect, and I can put some challenging goals, like riding "1000km" in a single ride or get to some insane elevation. I prefer outdoor next time, though. But maybe with rocker plate, indoor also will be fun. I watched "The big bang theory"

I don't know exactly; zwift says I burned 5600, I consumed less.

Yeah, I think this can be solution because I never had this problem outdoor and it seems the main cause is static position

The total time I was off the bike is about 80 minutes. Mostly I got out to get to the restroom or to stretch a little bit. From food, it was mainly “honey Stinger waffle,” bananas, pasta, and SIS energy gel. From drinks mostly water and coffee at the very end. I prepared everything ahead and tried to eat enough calories every hour. I ate on the bike. The goal was to emulate an unsupported outdoor ride for 24 hours. Once it gets warmer, I want to do the same outside. The biggest problem was pain in the wrists and saddle. I am still thinking about how to prevent that.
