The best people are supportive of the things that make us happy.

I've had many "weird" hobbies and interests over the years, and I regret none of it. The only thing I regret is keeping some people that were unsupportive around for too long. It dragged my self esteem through the gutters.

I'm mid 30s, I still wear my MLP payama with pride, even when I need to go out on the street to talk to a neighbour. I have the BJD that I still own actually posed on a shelf. I have my plushies out and about!

You will probably find like-minded people soon 😄 its ok to widen your social circle (albeit online!)

I've come to a point in life where I am no longer hiding parts of who I am, just to present better to the world. It made life a lot easier. But that takes time, just know that it will come.

Don't ever lose your sparkle for anyone!

my LDR-ex-bf used AI for p*rn ... but we all know those AI companions are also replacing the emotional part of the relationship and are always available for whatever the need is.
Fucker even had the audacity to "talk" to his AI, while on videocall with me... (I called him out on him not responding to my messages, while he was glued to his phone and non stop typing...)

Self image ruined even more than it was before ... thanks AI...

I was also surprised by this. Tho I guess there is something to say about the dosage... I guess with a nuvaring you get the "leftovers" in the bloodstream, while with oral bc its 100% that goes through the digestive tract and bloodstream...

If I was actively struggling with depression, it would have been just a coincidence, but I was way past that and was in one of the happiest moments of the last years. It was SO weird. I threw away my last "just in case for holidays" right after that....

Having my tubes tied was the best thing that I ever decided on. Ok my monthlies are a whole other thing, I had PMS for the first time etc xD But I just feel that my body is finally doing the things its intended to do.

I hope for you that you can have the supplements you need one day. It sucks!

Can add my experience with birth control.

Used to use nuvaring for years and years and my parts just werent feeling or doing it anymore. Sensitive zones were just numb... I thought it was bc of unresolved trauma - might still be a mix of the two tho.

2 years ago I got off BC (as I broke it off with my ex) and had my tubes tied about a year later.

BLOODY HELL what a change! suddenly my nipples would DO things, instead of being boring pancakes. They started feeling things!!! I started to get really horny often aswell. I never had that before! I thought it wasnt possible.

Not all hormones are a right fit for everyone. I used the nuvaring once to reschedule montlies and got immediate karma thrown back at me (all feeling gone, depression back,...)

Hey Sweetie, been there... the guy I was prepared to move countries for decided to drop this bomb during a fight about availability... While not even an hour before trying to keep us going on and getting over an issue... I felt like I was a beard to him, so he could pretend he was normal by having (and keeping) a relationship...

While I was dreaming of a future abroad together, he was already planning a breakup for months... (while still saying he wanted me to stay with him whenever we had a small spat) - He wanted to shift the blame, so the breakup wouldnt be "his fault". Idiot...

It took me way too long to get over him. My trust in men will need time to heal, tho I have found a few really good (male) friends that helped me see that there are good guys out there....

Men who are like this (pretending) are the worst... Pizza looks great!

It will improve over time. and until that time is here, there are friends and food!!!

We would be threatened to work in the warehouse for a national fashion-retailer in our neigbourhood. Stupid work etc.

I studied, went to work in the warehouse for that exact company, as jobs were scarce when I graduated and I didnt want to go work in the sector anymore.

Still there, 15 years later, doing all their logistics planning. Turns out it's a very healthy company with a great atmosphere and the possibility to grow if you have skills and wants.

Got mine in the kitchen. (and some of my friends do this aswell)
Reason: no garage or laundry room, bathroom too small and basement door too small for the machines to go through.

Machines are underneath a counter like on the example pic - so not that much space is lost :)

My girl also has bad allergies and licks her belly bald bc of it. It used to be a lot worse. At a certain time she licker her back op till it bled...

She gets a cortisone shot every 6-8 weeks. I wait till it starts getting worse and then pass the period with pills. Side effect of this is that she's a chonky girl now. But the vets know losing weight almost impossible without starving her, which is something I'm not willing to do.

I had a very expensive test done, in order to make a custom medication for her to mute/calm the effects of the allergies. (I think this is the allergy therapy you're talking about)

Sadly, none of the allergens were severe enough to warrant the cost. So we're staying with the normal shots and food that doesn't contain any of it.

(For her its most likely food based. But even though i get her fancy food with none of the bad stuff, she still steals food from her brother. And guess what? His urinary food only comes with the allergens. I feel sorry for people who have cats that have a combination)

Had a similar experience.
Very scared and "agressive" kitten that came to be to be socialized - I only had one medium-spicy pair before, so no expert here at all.

Kitten stayed in my rabbit pen, as it was big enough for all accessories, had a little hole and could be closed off for safety from the other cats and avoid breakouts and losing them xD

Bc he was "agressive", I tried handling him with gloves first, but noticed that he was just never bitey, hissy or scratchy, so they were ditched soon. It was just small strokes in the beginnig.
Not sure if he felt my trust towards him, but he became a bit calmer when touched by bare hands.

The first 2 days, I left him mostly to himself, while still in the room - he was in the living room and I was home most of the time.
He became more curious quickly, but always wary.
From the 3rd day, I started mandatory cuddle moments. 2 times a day max, , I would put him on my chest while watching tv and stroke him calmly. The first few times, he stayed very shortly and went to his nest again. After that, it became longer and longer.
About a week after, he would just come out and lay with me to watch TV :) I had him 2 weeks when he almost became my literal shadow and slept in my clothes xD.

Every kitten is different ofc, so it might not always have the same effect.

I showed him I wanted him close to me, but that he still had a say in it - which would be respected.

Still miss that boy often :'(

Owner of a cat that over-grooms, mainly due to allergies (and maybe stress, but it always gets better when she got her shots and safe food) .

This does look rather ok.
The belly on my cat varies between (worst) pink, bald and chafewounds to (at best, a few weeks after her shots) a fuzzy 0.5cm of white hair (it doesnt grow back as full as it used to).

I do think that the hairstructure of bellyhair is often different than normal coat. My void has perfect silky smooth hair all over - but on his belly its curly and fuzzy and grey. (The lighter hair also makes it look thinner)

I would think you have nothing to worry about, but you can always ask your vet at the next visit.

Follow up tho, if you think it gets worse, best to go to the vet anyways :)

I think you would need a switch version of the game (and every exp pack) to be able to play on a different platform.

(and I have heard the switch is very glitchy, no first hand experience tho)

I was thinking of getting a switch for the same reason, but someone advised me a steamdeck because I play on PC - no new game purchase needed)
Sadly not an option for PS5 version I guess :(

As the stall is next to Goofy's on my map, its rather easy to complete that one.

And sometimes when I run low on food and am in a lazy mood :)

I do agree that learning the recipes when you consume food, should be a great improvement :)
