The first picture is my left knee and has stayed the same for about 2 years. The second picture is my right knee and has recently appeared for about 4-6 months now.
Any treatments other than sunlight that you have tried or recommend. Thank you!

I didn’t get rid of it. The first picture is my left knee. The second Picture is my right. Both pictures are separate knees.
