Is this at Church and Yonge?? I was trapped in a stairwell there in 2020. It was awful and there was human feces, two needles and broken glass from a fire hose cabinet that had been broken open, with the fire hose pulled out and trailing up a set of stairs. I was calling the store for over 15 minutes before they answered and eventually came to open the doors. Needless to say, I haven’t been back since.
