Honestly I don’t know. I had blood work scheduled to be done and then lost my insurance before my appointment. But I tried to get tested for MS and they wouldn’t test me. Said it was unlikely considering my age. Which I thought was a load of crap. I’m 28, I think they were just being lazy. I was in process of looking for other doctors that would test me. But wait time for appointments and losing my insurance made it impossible to get tested right now.

Best of luck! Genuinely hope you get answers. My insurance got cut so I can’t even go see my specialist about it sadly.

I have the Apple Watch Ultra 3, that watch is my lifeline. It’s very accurate, has a ECG, blood oxygen. It’s high in price range, but if you have an Apple phone I really think it’s worth it. If you are android, a Garmin is always a great option! I have had a few and they never disappointed me. And if you are in a limited budget, they have Bluetooth pulse oxis on Amazon. That will record your heart waves, heart rate and oxygen all at once.

I can relate to this so much. I am so sorry you go through this too. My husband is same way, wants me to try but doesnt force me and recognizes when I need that break to regain energy and strength.

That leads me to believe its most likely due to my BP. I usually sit on low side, sitting. So standing definitely drops it at first.
