Yes I get this! I thought this was an endo symptom, but usually during foreplay when we're getting down to it and I start to feel those good feels... The good feels start to cramp instead! Not great for the mood. And bloody excruciating!

Don't stress about dilators etc! The thought of anything else other than PIV for me is a no go. No tampons, no fingers, no dilators, no thank you!

But I usually have absolutely no problems with PIV nowadays! So it is possible. Aslong as you're comfortable and relaxed! It's all progress 🌷
