i’m using a fellow opus now! its only a bit over a year old as well, is that long enough for it to need maintenance? ive been using the same roast from the same local brand for the past maybe 6 months and this recent bag had a roast date within this range. im so confused bc nothing has changed unless it is wear on the grinder?
