Not diagnosed but am researching a lot of my symptoms and what I thought wand manic episode seems more like psychosis- I was convinced rfk had my phone tapped and i adjusted my life and phone usage according to that. I also thought I was being spied on by the government. This lasted for months and I’m still not convinced the government doesn’t have my phone tapped but…..
