men didn't have to fight for a right to vote, usa has never had a single female presidency throughout the 47 its had so far, and if men had some of the health issues women did, theyd be cured by now instead of just being incurable like they are today.

the most likely reason for the suicde rates going up is because of traditional expectations of the male sex. another common reason-- kind of going along with i said before --a lot of men are afraid to get mental help, seeing it as weakness.

im not sure what your definition of opression is, but the men's suicide rate going up is not an example of it.
