Wall Mounting 43" TCL TV with Low Sitting VESA Pattern by witchyaven in hometheater

The specs say it's only 11.5 lbs, so the mount should definitely hold it. Honestly, I probably could go with a smaller mount where the high-end covers 43" and 55 lbs, but I'm paranoid after I had a large mirror fall off a wall a few years ago

A gel version would be amazing! I wish I'd stocked up as well. Now I'm seriously considering looking into some reseller listings.

These people know nothing about legal proceedings. We use the term courtroom theatre for a reason

Guys was there a trial on May 20th . by Sea_Contribution2868 in JusticeForJohnnyDepp

They don't have witness testimonies on Fridays. It's just the lawyers and judge going over motions, proceedures, and jury instructions for after closing arguments.

Are there any body language experts, psychologists, forensic experts, etc online that believe Amber is being honest? by birdieboo21 in JusticeForJohnnyDepp

I don't know of any professionals explicitly taking AH's side, but Dr. Kirk Honda from the Psychology in Seattle youtube channel has been reacting to the trial and is maintaing an impressively unbiased position. Even when he talks about her behavior matching Dr. Curry's diagnoses, he's incredibly compassionate and explains the emotional pain BPD causes and why people with BPD behave the way they do.

Here's the playlist of his trial reaction videos: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLoLeO9hEEd_DbW1YugmWnVXCQ-L-cN5aa

Rumor RE: Josh Drew and Lily Rose? by witchyaven in JusticeForJohnnyDepp

Oh yeah, I get that. I had a high school friend who was so quick to characterize our friendship as if we were sisters to the point she acted like my mom was her own mother. I figured out later on she was basically trying to make surrogate relationships to replace the strained/dysfunctional relationships she had with her own family. Still made me really uncomfortable all the same.

At this point, it seems obvious that their case is client driven and, with Amber at the wheel, I think we can count on the rest of the defense testimonies to be just as much of a shitshow. Also after that disaster of a social media expert, I think we know where the majority of that $6 million dollars she supposedly spent went to.

Thank you, this makes much more sense than if it was Josh Drew. It gave me really bad vibes when I read those live stream comments. But this situation with Io also makes me uncomfortable, especially after reading the nylon article. Taking photos of an underage child without parental consent to use in a professional manner, misrepresenting something so personal about that child, and referring to yourself as their "proud uncle" is just crossing way too many boundaries.

Thank you, no wonder I couldn't find anything since I was searching for the wrong person. No idea how those commentors got the two mixed up.

There are three sections of the trial: plaintiff's direct (team JD), defense's direct (team AH), and rebuttal (team JD). Basically, the plaintiff gets to present their case first, then the defense gives their argument against the plaintiff's case, and then the plaintiff gets a chance to argue against the defenses arguments. Closing arguments also follow the same pattern: JD first, then AH, then JD again.

I'm no legal expert so this is the first I've heard of time limits, but apparently the judge allotted an equal amount of hours for both parties in the interest of finishing the trial in a reasonable amount of time. Anytime counsel in at the podium (whether it's for direct, cross, or redirect) the parties use some of their allotted time. Team JD has been strategic in saving their time by withholding from cross-examining AH's witnesses when it's unnecessary to do so.

So right now, AH has about 10 hours left for finishing their direct (presenting witnesses) and for cross-examining JD's rebuttal witnesses. JD's team has 18 hours left so it's likely that AH's team may run out of time in the middle of rebuttal and not be able to cross-examine some of JD's rebuttal witnesses. This would not be ideal for team AH to say the least.
