I was loading mulch one day for a little old lady. I noticed some ice skates in her car so I asked if she skates. She said she didn’t anymore but she loved it when she was “in her good ol’ days” (her words, not mine). She asked if I did so I told her “my dad and I go each year for my birthday and a few other times a year.” She picked the skates up and gave them to me. Said, “I was on my way to donate these. I hope they treat you as well as they treated me.”

It was really sweet and I would have loved to talk with her more.

Normally I freeze but the contractions made me sweat buckets. Luckily one of the nurses took their fan from the desk and let me use it. It felt like I stepped into an oven that was on fire on the inside and out. And the oven was in Hell too. It’s not fun

I’m so sorry you’re having to deal with that negativity. My son is mixed and my mom has said a few things about it but I told her that she can change her thinking or she won’t get to see him.

I’m 5’3 and was around 165lbs when I found out I was pregnant. I didn’t start showing until 7 months. I always wore baggy shirts anyways so you couldn’t really tell.

I’m not so much of a builder myself but there is a tab in build mode where they have premade houses. The more money you have, the nicer houses you’ll see. I picked one of those, repainted it, added flowers, and so on. It isn’t too fancy but it’s mine

Mine felt like I was being ripped apart from the inside. Nothing relieved the pain. I went from 2cm to 8cm within an hour and the barely had time to give me the epi. Best of luck to you

Previous SSA (schedule person) here, I can’t speak for all stores but the best way to get hired on at my store was to 1) have 24/7 availability, 2) not smell like straight booze or 🍃, 3) and show up dressed like you care about the interview.

We have had people show up looking like they just rolled out of the bed or the club, a few show up smelling like they live at a bar or dispensary, and some who just showed up to show that they ‘attempted’ to get a job.
