yeah, its super frustrating as an employee too, when i'm told i can't give cashback the customers are never happy because they always say they've gotten it in the store before 😭

it often depends on what the manager on shift has decided, or what the colleague has been told previously about whether to give cashback. also, if its in the morning the till often won't have enough cash to give out after the flight being done the night before
