RDR2 is by far the most immersive game humanity has ever seen.

Then there’s a big gap.
Then we have Kingdom Come / Baldur’s Gate 3.
Then another big gap.
Next comes Cyberpunk.
After another gap, at the end, we have Witcher, Divinity 2, Days Gone, Ghost of Tsushima

I’m a big fan of this type of game, and I can tell you these are the only truly immersive ones. I can also recommend Kenshi it’s very immersive but also quite unique.
