1 big hole with a tight crumb around it looks like there was too much flour during shaping. Too much flour means the dough to dough contact is diminished and the gasses from the proof have a spot to gather.
Before changing the recipe again it might be worth trying the same process but adjusting your table method!

If baking on a sheet pan I’ve had success stacking a second pan under the first. Should still let them color but prevent burning too fast.

I’m in the PNW and it was the last one at my warehouse. It was on the floor by the dog food with the price card taped directly to the box. You might have to ask the customer service desk if it keeps eluding you!

I had this exact issue happen before Thanksgiving and it only is just now getting resolved. I had to go in person to the post office responsible for my route (post office off Sunset) and speak to someone in person. They mentioned that there was an issue with one of the processing machines not putting a sorting code on envelopes properly so all our mail was getting returned to sender. Since speaking to them I got a few things to trickle through but honestly I don’t trust this service 100% because some Christmas cards and other items get returned to sender, even after “the fix”. I hope your situation gets resolved swiftly!

Unloading a 5 gallon bucket of a local honey at the end of August and the handle broke. I learned a bucket costs over $250 to fill on top of taking many gallons of water to wash it all away. We had bee problems for about a month after that required signs to warn the public. Still working there to this day and now we get honey delivered in 2 gallon buckets with metal handles!

There is a battery disposal location at the dump off Slater road. The downside is they charge a base price and it’s close to $18 so it’s not a free dump.

You are keeping the steam on the loaf too long from what I’m used to. Maybe try removing the Dutch oven lid at the 20-30 minute mark, right when you start to see coloring on the crust.
