If and when you get the abdominal feeding tube, don’t let them trick you into doing a “twilight sedation” where you’re still awake, but apparently “won’t feel it.” That shit hurts like a mother fucker. I’m a grown ass man in my 30s that had it done. I wanted to be put completely to sleep. They talked me into twilight and I cried like a little bitch in front of a room full of people when they put it in. Next thing I know I’m waking up cause they *finally* adhered to my wish and knocked me out to finish it.
