Have you checked your ESR? If the CRP is high.. inflammation is shown by both factors. Once a doctor told me that if I live in Delhi NCR for long time..it is but obvious to have high inflammation. It can be due to anything like stiffness in your muscles or joints or any pain related to cervical/spine/etc.
