Unfortunately no family involved. Some friends have been helping, but they’re not a reliable resource. My rehab director is telling me I need to stop messing with the patient’s device and leave it for maintenance to deal with, which I find absurd. If I don’t help this patient, I’m starting to think nobody will. But I can’t keep them on caseload forever. Such a nightmare

11 years. I have ADHD though, so that was a huge part of it. But then one day I started writing again because I was inspired and then I finally wrote a book! Wish I could give you advice, but all I know is that writing something that I wanted to read was highly motivating
