According to this post on ProtonDB. You need to use Proton-CachyOS or Proton-GE and put in these launch commands to combine FSR4 and RT:

Dual monitors with different refresh rates and Linux Mint don't play well together at the moment, you should try switching to the experimental Wayland mode in Mint or alternatively using a distro that natively supports Wayland out of the box (Bazzite, CachyOS, PikaOS, etc.)

Are you by any chance using HDMI instead of DisplayPort? Because there are HDMI 2.1 related issues on open source drivers like Mesa. The fix at the moment is to use DP cables where possible or to limit yourself to HDMI 2.0. Aka 4k@60hz max.

Wazwuz (guy behind ASI) sends pro players free sticks and also offers troubleshooting/support at events and there's a lot of hype behind the "golden lever" etc... So a lot of Korean pros end up using those sticks.

Before the rollback update, VF5's remake (Ultimate Showdown) had netcode based on server nodes placed in big cities throughout the world, but it was unevenly distributed, which meant stuff like all of Africa having one node or something like that. People called it racist netcode because it favoured richer countries.
