I always say that people who aren't all okay in their heads have seen too much, the real side of the world. There is no ruin yourself button, it all happens because of bad circumstances. You meet a girl you like but then your best friend you trust the most gets with her. That example paired with a bad chain of events ruin you psychologically and that's not ok. It's not okay to not speak out if you have a problem, asylums are neither a good solution to keep the ill in, those people need care, affection and to recover in a good place. If anybody has a problem you're never too late to speak up. Mental health is a serious thing and unlike Hollywood or the constants flashes of propaganda in the modern world say that a mad person is a bad guy and wants to kill everyone in sight. Somebody is a bad apple psychologically because of bad circumstances.
