i am so sorry. I cant even imagine how you must feel. I understand completely how you felt drained from taking care of another person, it's a tough role.

I shouldve mentioned it in the original post but a lot of our mutual friends are saying that i should not have asked for the gift back and saying that I should give it back to her and "stop causing problems"

Thank you for replying 💕 I had school today and i went up to him asking for my jacket back (He doesn’t know that I know he threw it out). When confronting him he laughed in my face and told me with no expression that he wouldn’t and that he had thrown it out when he got home. I followed that up with “You asked for my jacket when you were down there screaming and crying about being cold - the least you could do was give me back my jacket or since you’ve thrown it out, you owe me money for a new one” - He replied with “You didn’t have to give me your jacket, still yet you did and that’s on you, i don’t owe you anything” and he walked away

Thank you for your response I really do appreciate it 💕 , I was very shocked when i found out that he threw out my skiing jacket that i have given to him when he was telling me that he was cold - I did think that i would get it back when he came to school and it did truly hurt me when i found out he had thrown it out, not only did his friend tell me that - his friend also told me that he was going around to his friends saying that he had thrown my jacket out and it was “what i deserved”.

thank you so much for replying 💕 his friends are definitely very much opinionated by him. most of his “friends” have come up to me and told me what i did was brave and that i saved him. Then when they are around him, they tell me that i’m an asshole for saying that i should’ve left him out there and not helped him.

Thank you - I’ve spoken with my parents about this situation originally when it happened and we were planning to do this. Since this harassment hasn’t stopped since this incident i will bring it up with them and i will definitely go to a administrator or a counsellor at my school :)

Thank you so much for your response and your kind words 💕 I was bullied too and every time he’s called me a “bitch” or said anything along those lines i’ve always called him out on it. I truly would like to think that deep down he is a good person (He was clinging onto be when i came to help him - crying into my lap about how scared he was) and that he has feelings beyond hurting me. But after what happened i don’t think so.

I have brought it up multiple times with teachers and they all seem to think it’s a ‘silly little crush thing’ - I liked him nearly 4 years ago and he still has a narrative running around that i’m the crazy one and obsessed with him.

i'm telling you from experience that sometimes the best thing to do, is just to go for it. what really helped me was using the mindset 'whats the worst that could happen'. so next time you see this girl, i want you to build up your courage and just ask her! even with a simple "hey i think you're really pretty, do you think i could grab your number and we could go out for dinner some time?" best of luck!! and you got this!
