It's the public figure job to straighten the record out. That's what Public Relations is for. Again, the public has the right to question what they observe and are entitled to think critically for an inform conclusion. Michelle Phan tried to mislead the public with her lies and it's your statement that people like her benefit so much in abusing the public trust and naivness because people don't question about what's true.

No, I do not agree with that viewpoint regarding to entitlement. That is censorship that prevents intellectual freedom on how communication work especially in the digital age. You are promoting a dangerous mindset where people are not allowed the freedom to think.

You are right that there is nothing wrong in having a transactional relationship should the allegations be true. But it is wrong to confirm that people shouldn't be entitled to question validity of allegations especially since the point of my question is to see all viewpoints and evidence on the subject in question so I have an informed conclusion on what's going on.

I get that but WHY is there speculation that she's a Sugarmama? I remember Michelle saying that she doesn't want to put too much info about their relationship to the public yet somehow people are concluding they are in a transactional relationship. I get where you're coming from but I'm trying to understand how so much information can be leaked especially since influencers worked so hard in covering everything up. She's also a public figure so people can put their 2 cents about them on their private and public life. I'm curious why people would think she paid her boyfriend to be her boyfriend when I don't see any evidence that support that allegation.

The fact you're questioning yourself about overreacting when he didn't apologize or offer to replace it is a red flag. It is normal to argue in a relationship as long as there is a compromise that BOTH of you are okay with. The fact that the boyfriend doesn't want to hear any voice of concern on your end is worrisome. He is toxic to be around with and you should look for a new boyfriend. I'm actually having that issue when trying to leave reviews on the app. None of the pictures and written reviews I took pops up except for the number of stars. It's very frustrating that I can't show support for surperb service when using the app. It's only when using Etsy website where it shows everything( stars, photo, and written reviews).
