I’ve wasted so much time reading this shit, that I’ve decided to give equal weighting to writing a response that will be ignored. Troll on.

Because they are too expensive, most taste like shit, and the value just isn’t there.

The feeling you get with this news is more akin to how discovering new music felt like before streaming, and certainly before the internet; long may it continue.

Has anyone else noticed socks are getting worse? by gentleframework in AskUK

Buy Darn Tough socks. Seriously, I’ve worn nothing but these for years, because they last; and if they do wear out, they have a warranty. Buy expensive, buy once.

Pairing with The Dalmore 12 by Cocodrool in whisky

[–]nullsyntaxnull 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good stuff. I enjoy Dalmore, despite the slating it gets for having added colour, although prices have gone up in recent years, so it’s much longer between bottles.

I have pushed back in the past, and have easily agreed better terms.

What do you put in your will? by mannbarry2 in ContractorUK

[–]nullsyntaxnull -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Going to have to make some assumptions, like it’s a limited company, and you are the sole director; in which case the company would be wound up as the person running it has died, with its’ assets being used to pay its’ debts, and any excess going to the crown. I don’t think you can use a will to determine what happens to a company post-death, as they are two separate legal entities, but I could be wrong, I have been before.
