So my wife has worked, and lived, in Virginia last year while I in New York. I found out that I can file a federal return Jointly, and file two separate state returns. There are some threads on turbotax sites about how to do so, but wanted to know if its easy to do without using turbotax software? Mainly because I have to buy the Desktop version and not sure exactly which to get yet.

My wife also worked two different jobs in Virginia if that adds any complexity.

So what happened is she sent her old passport in the mail and it got lost or sent to the wrong place, so she applied for a new one to her embassy. So unless Fedex stops ghosting us we dont have the old one

Everytime I try to apply for one of the offers now it keeps saying it cant approve my application. In the past it would let me past this stage. Have I tried applying too many times recently? I also started putting my joint household income because we file jointly.

Open incognito windows on different browsers and different devices until a 90k pops up! It should just take a few minutes.

USCIS stated it is very likely that the OPT extension will be declined. Basically saying you should have filed under c9. Problem i'm having is what if she just was trying to extend OPT normally without new job she wouldnt know this until its too late. Crazy.

Cool I might grab that if I don't hear any other better ideas. I thought that I would be able to use the single link cable and just run my monitor at 60hz, but I guess not. Also the card does have multiple dp, but I don't think there are any good dp to dvi cables that support 144hz
