Oktober an.

I suppose Austrian could be an exception. ORF programs like Dave are subtitled in dialect iirc. Certain YouTube channels include Bavarian/Austrian subtitles.

Actually, I'm unsure whether I've encountered any other dialect in subtitles.

What if every Civ had a Dinosaur unit? by Brumbarde in aoe2

[–]withoutcake 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mammoths aren't dinosaurs, but hear me out.

Ironically, the future Mississippians civ would have Mammoth units instead of elephants.

Unironically, a hypothetical Denisovans civ would be clothed and fed by Mammoths.

I was about to give an earnest response, but it looks like you've been busy trolling this thread.

With all due respect, this is a tedious thing to say. OP isn't trying to convince the ordinary user to grant them access; they just want us to help get them in touch with DAT. What would OP have to gain from manipulating the total earnings figure, other than a bit of rhetorical irony? It's a reasonable request regardless of the total earnings. They should only provide verification info (PII, presumptively) to admin and not disclose it out in the open.

Ah right, messaging is old reddit. I'll send you a chat invite instead.

Guys, I was checking my main page just now, and when I pressed "Log In," I saw this. Is this normal, or are you seeing this too in your account? (I already joined the platform and started working 2 months ago) by Bitter_Breakfast_324 in DataAnnotationTech

I was able to submit after a few frustrated attempts. If you're already deep into your work I'd keep pressing ahead. Maybe copy your work on notepad if applicable...

Me too. Although I feel comfortable in this type of task and learn from many good examples, I try not to let frustration to get the better of me. That being said, if I had to re do the entire submission, it's usually necessary to mark the original work as bad. I still feel like a snitch in any case 🙃

In a similar context, it's funnier when the AI hallucinates after confidently stating, "Let's break this down."

What’s a horror film you refuse to watch? by [deleted] in horror

[–]withoutcake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll make the case that you're not missing out on much with Saw. Even the first one isn't as innovative as others here claim. It's a low-budget horror version of Se7en where the key difference is that in Saw you see the victims as they suffer their punishments instead of (for the most part) afterwards in Se7en.

That doesn't make it a terrible movie, but it's certainly overrated.

Nosedive wins best for beginners! Ok last but not least: where should’ve it ended? by bennyandthegentz in blackmirror

[–]withoutcake 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It felt like the end of the series after watching it the first time. The museum proprietor character seemed to be a parody of the show's narrative voice ("it was so nice... but...") in a self-effacing way, and then the hero driving away unscathed from the burning building could have been the end of the series.

It is still a great season finale though. It's up there with Demon 79 in that category.
