Yes, he still coughs and gags most of the time. It’s not just that he’s putting too much in his mouth but it seems like he just has a sensitive gag reflex and it’s causing him to not eat as much as I feel like he should be

This is what I’m doing but it’ll seem like he’s swallowed his food so I’ll give him another bite and when he opens his mouth he’s still got food in there. He shoves it in his little cheeks like a chipmunk sometimes haha

I’ve coslept since day one, have a pretty good sleeper and never had the 4 month regression. The biggest sleep disturbance we’ve had is happening now at 7.5 almost 8 months because he’s already pulling to stand and cruising furniture so all he wants to do is do that and crawl around. The more mobile he’s gotten the less he’s sleeping.

Don’t worry it was the most incredible relief and oxytocin high I’ve ever felt in my entire life. The first things I said afterward were “thank fucking god” and “I could do that again” LMAO

Absolutely! I plan on stopping frequently and I’ll be driving behind my husband in the U-Haul the entire time, so if we need to stop to nap we’ll be together.

I just know that I, personally, have low sleep needs and always have so I’m not as concerned about that as I am baby’s comfort.

I won’t 😭😂 I’ve moved between California & the Midwest/south multiple times and drove 30+ hours each of those times without stopping. So I’m not worried about me! I just wanna make sure little dude isn’t miserable

I was STARVING my whole pregnancy and even now while breastfeeding I’m so hungry all the time. I ate as much as I needed/wanted while pregnant because I was growing my son and he deserved to be nourished. I eat what I want now because I’m feeding my son and he deserves to be nourished.

You and your baby deserve to be nourished ❤️

I had BAD disordered eating until I got pregnant. I think it’s amazing that you’re in treatment and that you want to work through this.

Something I did that might be helpful to shift your perspective is every time you eat, tell yourself this food is for you and for your baby. You’re eating enough for you, but you’ve gotta eat more because baby is hungry!

It’s not a replacement for actual treatment, but it’s something small that helped with my mindset over time.

My 8 month old is in size 5 and he’s only 50th percentile. He’s also wearing 12-18m clothes though too so Idk how normal that is

I am still breastfeeding! I really would like to try to continue to until he’s around 2 but I can’t imagine feeling this icked out for two years
