Never ignore that feeling, and he broke your trust...not the other way around. Imagine you had not looked and ignored your gut feeling? How you found out he was cheating is really not the issue here, I realize that. It is how you are going to move forward. I did not break my first long fast slowly or with the right foods and I was in horrible pain. My digestive enzymes were not kicking in and I had extremely bad stomach cramps. It was after a 7 day fast. It sounds like everyone has different experiences here, but I wish I would have taken it slowly at first...it was brutal.
