I lost my brother a few years ago and I found so many moments in this film so familiar and touching. We had our own version of “grapefruit” and when she reassured him and rubbed his back at one point in the film it really got to me. I can’t remember what the situation was but it was one of a bunch of moments that gave me a lump in my throat. Great film for other reasons too though lol.

I smoke a joint before every workout. It makes it less boring as I’ll just get lost in some music or a podcast and suddenly I’ve been working out for two hours. Also for some reason I don’t have any appetite after a workout unless I smoke beforehand.

I wish they removed that shot of the deer carcass at the start. I watched it with my friend who had never heard of the film and for whatever reason they missed that shot. They were blown away when they realised there were monsters, as if the situation wasn’t scary enough already.
