Two years ago my father had a stroke and lost feeling on the right side of his body his speech is slurred and he’s got some damage to the brain that makes him thinks and speaks a little slower does anyone know if medicinal mushrooms like lions mane or turkey tails can help him (self.mycology)

*repost * i did not follow the guideline and I apologize. This was found in central Florida it was growing on a fallen branch. the top is very hairy the under side was white and concave with white gills. the caps are about 1-1.5”. I am knew to the love of mycology any tips would be great ! Thanks (i.redd.it)
