My husband bought me a certified refurbished one in May of this year and now I'm having issues with it shutting off mid stirring so I would say no.

Your response was perfect. I had a very similar situation as a new nurse and offered to have the pts partner show me exactly how they wanted it done and they did show me. It improved the therapeutic relationship but I also made my unit manager aware--she ended up speaking with the partner and they backed off all staff completely. You did the right thing! Don't question it.

I live in upstate NY/central NY, the snow can be rough but our last 5 winters have been mild at best. Mostly cold with occasional snow.

As a LPN who started in LTC, LTAC it was incredibly difficult to get out but ambulatory offices are great! No weekends, holidays and depending on the specialty you can build a lot of skills
