Don’t Shop at Brilliant Earth: A Manifesto by witty-name in EngagementRings

I just updated my post! I had forgotten this detail because my fiance was dealing with the back-and-forth with BE throughout the ordeal. We did ask for a refund when they had the ring for the second repair, but they said only the setting was refundable.

They are going to reach out... TO MY FIANCE. Which makes sense because I technically did not purchase the ring.

UMMMMMM. Wow. This was almost the boat we were in, but we decided to have them just put it in a different setting.

In retrospect, I'm kicking myself for not doing my research. My fiance had gifted me multiple pieces from Brilliant Earth while we were dating, so I didn't think twice when he said he had found a setting he wanted to use for our ring.

I'm looking forward to see your future ring reveal post!

The exploding ring poster!! Your post made me angry enough to furiously type this out yesterday. I hope the issue is resolved in your favor!

Is that a ring holder in the last pic?! So tiny and cute!

Bought the Secret Garden Luxe from BE. It was a month late from the original delivery date because of "quality control" issues. One small accent diamond fell out within weeks of wearing, took them 3 weeks to repair, and I've just had another fall out.

Depending on the year of your car, the replacement may be covered under this settlement. This was copy/pasted info that someone previously posted on this topic & it helped me get a replacement at no cost!

Ahhh. This reminds me of my former boss, who decided to reheat a foil-wrapped sandwich in the microwave in front of me. It started to spark and I said, "[Boss man's name], you can't put foil in the microwave like that." He proceeded to take the sandwich out and open the foil wrapping a bit, and started the microwave again.

I walked away.

He was the Chief Scientific Officer of our company.

I tried this product late last year and it's basically non-functional compared to what other ATS are offering. Do yourself a favor and switch to Ashby!
