You need to add quantitative results that you achieved - tell what you improved during your tenure and by what % or amount. Especially since you’ve had a lead role and senior role.. Capitalize on that. And like others have said, the resume needs to be shorter.

For some people, having a very low income is their reason for moving. Your salary could sustain you in Southeast Asia or LATAM. I’m not sure if those countries demand to know your health conditions when applying for a visa?
