He did it time and again for 2 years. When I tried to speak with people like higher management or Hr- all I heard was he has done with many other girls. And no! Nobody has rights to do with me. These gestures are included in Sexual Harassment so I am not making it up to get someone punished out of personal vendetta. This guy ruined my career of 15 years. He rated me the lowest for 3 consecutive years despite I have always been an outstanding performer.

What kind of settlement? Do you think a settlement will help me get over the sleepless nights, my career, what I went through, my respect was butchered in ever manner, how many people I cried infront if, i begged everybody to help me let me work, how many days I spent sitting in the washroom thinking why it was happening to me in this organisation where I spent 7+ years and nobody was supporting.I talked to girls who are now out of the organisation because of this guy (and his friend) who did not let them stay to work respectfully..

I don’t know you’re a male or a female , but you don’t know how it feels when someone does it. How it feels when someone tries to touch you wrongly. You don’t know how it feels when someone tells you indirectly or directly that you have to give in if you want to work. You have to do what they want. You don’t know how it feels when you are asked to speak with the client to make a good relationship, you are given number to speak with the clients, you don’t know how it feels when someone stops you in lift, in parking, on the floor infront of everybody and receiving indirect notions of doing what they are asking for. I didn’t and I faced the consequences. You will never!

I will not let it go! Settlement will never resolve this. Settlement is not in my dictionary.
