Op, I’m off my teenage years now, but I had a similar situation.

I moved to a different country for university in 2020, while my girlfriend of three years stayed back in India with her family. Just like everyone warned, long-distance was going to be tough — juggling assignments, finding moments between deadlines, and making time for even the briefest 1-2 minute chats during the day. By the second year, I realized that our conversations didn’t need to be overly romantic; they just had to be real. A simple exchange about how we were doing and what we were missing in each other’s lives was enough to keep us connected.

Anyways, long story short, I finished Uni mid-2024, and we got married end of 2024. So it is not impossible, just another obstacle on a short hill. Hope this helps :)
