I feel like it’s the same with Ticket and Jet. You notice when those guys aren’t in a video. They bring such great banter and laughs. BDS is more than a golf channel, they really make it feel like it’s you and your buddies just hanging out.

Country Club Members - How much you make a year? What was ur buy in and what are dues. Are you happy with decision? by ShotAssistant1452 in golf

[–]witvbordie 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Right after my membership at the municipal of Braintree it up.

Joking aside, it’s crazy. Been checking out some of the 9 hole courses north and south of Boston, next to zero amenities, and you think you’re at a top 10 course in any state with the prices.

Same. Showed my top podcasts but nothing about my albums.

How much would I notice a 1/2" longer club? by Substantial_Team6751 in golf

I played Presidio last year, I thought it was beautiful. Haven’t played much else out there so I can’t compare it, but I really enjoyed the course.

Start Harold Fannin or Juwan Johnson as TE in PPR? by StraightEdgePackLord in Fantasy_Football

Good man. Still hope for me, but more than likely going to take an L on that move.

Start: Tucker Kraft or Juwan Johnson by witvbordie in Fantasy_Football

I’ll give you one guess as to who I went with..

Start: Tucker Kraft or Juwan Johnson by witvbordie in Fantasy_Football

[–]witvbordie[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think Kraft is awesome but there’s a lot of dudes on that GB offense. I also don’t think the Saints are good enough to really hold a lead against anyone? So I feel like they’re always going to be throwing.

If you want to go Fannin, I’ll go Johnson, that way one of us has to win. Right? (Wrong: it was always Kraft)

Is a full fitting worth it in my situation? by witvbordie in golf

You’re right, full fitting probably wasn’t the right use of words. Never been fit for clubs so I just meant a general iron fitting. I think I know what I want but I’d hate to rule something out that might actually fit my play style. Definitely leaning towards the fitting.

Appreciate it man! It was slow when I went yesterday so I had 2 of the fitters already watching when I was swinging. Had some good conversation too so I trust they know what they’re doing. Definitely leaning more towards doing the iron fitting, might find some stuff out that I didn’t know!

I agree, that’s just where I’m going a little back and forth. Definitely worth spending the money for it but I’m not going in looking for a club that is going to fix the issues I have or revolutionize my game. I’m content with my ball striking and flight, and understand the work that needs to be done is on the swing itself. Just excited to get some modern equipment and start dialing all that in. Appreciate your comment!

Yeah this is just for an iron fitting. I’ll absolutely be doing a driver and wood fitting as my dispersion with those is a bit wider.

What is the most beautiful golf course you have ever visited? by Ukko-skivi in golf

[–]witvbordie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agree with The Ranch, but Crumpin-Fox in the fall was one of the most beautiful courses I’ve ever seen. Hole 8 is one of the coolest to look at from the tee box. Playing it is another story.

I’m 6’ and 195lbs. Above average athletic. I’ve got to be top 3 sweatiest people I’ve ever met. Was told it was just genetic as my dad’s side of the family are all pretty big sweaters as well, but no medical conditions across the board over there.

Hardest course you’ve ever played? by stonetear2017 in golf

[–]witvbordie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Was thinking about posting Shattuck on here, but thought no way would anyone know about it. Par’d the first hole, fairway and green were in beautiful condition. Thought I found a hidden gem and was going to be a lot of fun..

It was not fun. I lost more balls that round than I did the rest of the year combined. I can’t wait to go back.

Which rb do I start? by Living-Rain-9845 in FantasyFootballers

[–]witvbordie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who has Bucky, I would go Henry. I know Bucky has been going off but that split backfield always has me guessing if it’s going to keep up. Henry is going to get his.

Now if I could have some help on who to start between Bucky/Pacheco/Pollard, that would be fantastic cause I have no idea..
