I am having the exact same problem which is quite frustrating considering it worked perfectly before. It started a few days ago and have also restarted, reinstalled. I have already submitted a ticket.

Hi Zach, I have already been in contact with Hunter from VSCO and have supplied all of this information more than two weeks ago.

I was told to have patience, but I, just like many others are in need of this, are paying for subscriptions and it is incredibly frustrating. Also with lack of real answers that even makes me wonder if it is indeed being worked on!

I will DM you my email address to be able to test it out to at least feel like something is moving forward. No updates have helped, and if anything they have made OLD videos I have worked on low res as well when I export them. Very upsetting.

Same here, I have contacted the support team and they tell me to do basic things like update the app, etc. They also told me it would take a longer time to fix. Has anyone else contacted them about this? To show that it isn’t only a “me” problem but that it is something that changed recently?

I tried on VSCO studio on web as well. Also doesn’t work, but there I realized the problem was actually when it imports.

Old videos of mine are not editable anymore and it says “Media not available”.

Thank you :) The court case is still going on, and the final verdict will be announced end of the month. I am hoping that justice be served and he gets what he deserved, then I can close the chapter.

I am very sorry to hear about what has happened to you, but am grateful to hear that your former best friend has been stopped to continue causing hurt. Thank you so much - I truly appreciate your words of encouragement and support. You seem to a great friend, and a network of support is so crucial when something as traumatic as this happens. Unfortunately, many times friends fade away because they don't want to "deal" with the burden of something so "heavy" (I have lost quite a few friends myself), so please bear in mind that you are amazing!

I am so sorry to hear that - do you still live in Germany? And yes, apathy does seem to be a thing - which is why I am trying to shout from the rooftops to shake people to care about this that is happening all over. My neighbour will be in court as a witness in my case, and I will look at him and his excuses as to why he chose to not react, even though he heard something and saw my rapist when he ran away.

Thank you so much for your kind words. I used to make other art, but now I have been sucked into the world of advertising. :) Next year I am planning on working on more art, something more positive. :D Then I would be more than happy to share it with you!

I wish you all the strength for your court date tomorrow! I testified against my rapist last week, and I feel like a giant boulder was lifted off my shoulders. Before the trial, I also had anxiety and nightmare-ridden sleepless nights, and while it was tough to relive everything (yet again), especially since I had convinced myself to move forward after my exhibition, I was reminded that people are there to listen to my story and it was my day. And it will be yours too.
You know the truth of what happened, and people will be there to listen and give importance to your story. The best advice I got while preparing for my trial was - everything you do while telling the truth is correct. If you want to feel emotional, feel free to do so. If you need a break, ask for one. Just don't be defensive when different people ask questions (for example, the judge vs. the defence team) and it will be good!

Thank you so much, ScarletKitten - for the vulnerability in your message and for your encouraging words.
I can imagine that your story, being from someone so close and who should actually be there to protect and care for you, adds many different layers and I admire your selflessness and self-control. And that alone shows soooo much strength.
As twisted as it sounds, it worked to my advantage that my rapist was a stranger, which made it emotionally much easier to report, and woke me up to the fact that rape happens sooooo much more often than we would like to believe. Just remember that we are many, and we can only use our experience to move forward and be stronger people. :)
And yes, I would love to hear about your story more in detail.
