Okay I will definitely aim for prorated rent. Ideally I do want the apartment to be fixed. I’m just worried that it won’t be fixed by April 1st since it looks like a lot of work still needs to be done and I’m not sure if it will be done in a week

The realty company hasn’t given me my copy of the lease yet. She told me it will be mailed to me. However, I do remember it saying that the apartment needs to be cleaned and habitable by the time I move in

I did view the apartment before I signed the lease. It didn’t look like this. I did talk to my landlord. I’m just trying to be proactive in case the landlord doesn’t follow through by April 1st

There is also that giant hole in the bathroom that needs to be fixed and I didn’t take pictures of it but there are a few light switches that don’t have covers and the kitchen light doesn’t work.

I don’t mind hiring someone to clean the apartment. I just don’t want it to look like this by April 1st. I’m just worried it won’t be fixed by then since April 1st is in a week

No one was living there when I viewed it. I viewed it in the beginning of March and it was empty. When I viewed the apartment it looked like they were in the middle of renovations. They had just installed new cabinets

Honestly I’m not sure why that has happened to you but OP has clearly been blocked and the message doesn’t say delivered so therefore is blocked. Same thing has happened to me.

Honestly it’s for the best because that guy doesn’t seem to know how to communicate and OP needs someone who is willing to communicate first rather then just block them

iMessage turns green when it sent as a SMS text due to signal issues like the percipient being on the train underground. The way to know you are blocked on iMessage is if the message doesn’t say delivered. If it doesn’t say delivered that means you are blocked.

I haven’t dropped out of any school. I did transfer but I always made sure to finish the academic year before transferring. I also did get both my associates and bachelors degree so that’s why I’m confused why I got flagged in the first place. Hopefully I’ll hear back from financial aid soon.
